Regeneration of Bogotá’s historic city center

In his 2017 Complex cities graduation project Juan Gutierrez Beltran formulated a comprehensive and integrated vision for Bogotá, Colombia, in terms of urban regeneration and social cohesion. The vision attempts to facilitate the construction of civic meaning, institutional cooperation and spatial revitalization in a historically unequal territory. The outlines are established under a systematized urban regeneration model engaged by the potentialities of a Sustainable Transit-Oriented Development.
